A new bar and restaurant is now open in Covington.The Well Covington, located at 8 West Seventh St., opened in the Northern Kentucky city Thursday. The concept comes from owners Will Hodges and Chase Daoud, and chef Mitch Arens, the former executive chef at Hotel Covington.'The Well is a new bar concept by two friends who wanted to create something special,' Hodges said in a press statement. 'Everyone is welcome with open arms at the Well Covington. We are your friendly neighborhood patio bar that implements modern amenities to seamlessly form a unique entertainment venue.
