Not welcoming of new people or beginners. The gym is hard to find, and the parking lot was a bit sketchy in the dark. The instructor was not welcoming of new people, didn't even acknowledge me until 2/3 of the class was over, didn't help me get the equipment I needed or offer any modifications for beginners except for the last 15 minutes. Additionally, the room was small and it was very difficult to see the instructor no matter where you were in the room. She did try to move so she was more visible, but it was still difficult to follow along, especially if you're new. Thus, I've concluded that this place is not for beginners. It seems to only be for those who are stick thin, flexible and already know what they're doing.
