A Northern Kentucky restaurant and market is closing its doors inside Covington's $50 million RiverHaus development. Spoon: Kitchen & Market announced on Facebook on March 8 that it will be closing after March 10. "The world has changed so much since we first designed this restaurant in 2019," the restaurant wrote on Facebook. "It's become too difficult for us to maintain our values in local and sustainable foods." Spoon: Kitchen & Market was opened by Chef Stephen Williams, chef-owner of Bouquet Restaurant and Wine Bar in Covington, and his wife Jessica Williams.
