FC Cincinnati Foundation opened a 'mini-pitch,' a kid-sized field, in Northern Kentucky. The MLS soccer team's foundation built the field bordered by a rebound board system designed to keep the ball in play at all times in Covington's Austinburg Neighborhood Park. The pitch is meant to provide children in the community a place to learn, practice and play soccer. Click on the photos above to see the new field. The mini-pitch is available at no cost for youth and adult recreational use, according to Covington Parks and Recreation Division officials.
