The transformation of Northern Kentucky University's former Covington campus into luxury apartments with views of the Ohio River and downtown Cincinnati is nearly complete. Arlington Properties Inc., a Birmingham, Ala.-based real estate development, construction and property management company, has been building Tapestry Ridge on the roughly 38-acre site at 1401 Dixie Highway. The development will include a total of 267 apartments. William Morris, vice president of development at Arlington Properties, said Tapestry Ridge is wrapping up construction this month.
